Don't you love receiving mail that contains exciting news? The kind of mail that immediately puts a smile on your face? I do. But what I love even more is seeing my son receiving mail that contains exciting news and seeing his happiness...
It's official...Dillon has been accepted to Colorado State University for Fall 2011!
After we all hugged and hollered, I asked Dillon how he felt. He replied, "I feel 60/40. 60% excited and 40% scared."
I feel the same way.

However, as I read the gooooood news my eyes filled with tears, knowing that 1st he has grown into such a kind, gentle, mature young man who loves the Lord, that he will do well and confidently. Yet, here he is, that sweet baby boy whom I've loved and watched grow up now going to be on his own, flying from the nest. Well, we can't hold them back and at least we know he will be on his way well equipped. God Bless you sweet Dillon! We will get together soon and celebrate before you leave. Yeah,I know there is plenty of time and we want to make good use of it.
