Fort Collins, Part 3

On Sunday, of our trip, we experienced a drastic change of weather.  We awoke to snow and rain!  Thankfully I was prepared with an umbrella but I have a question:  "Do you use an umbrella while it is snowing?"  I'm guessing no, because I was the only one with an umbrella walking out to the car!  Hmmm...

Here's our rental car that we loved!  The boys loaded into the car rather quickly and Derek was kind enough to wait for me to take a picture...since I was dry under my umbrella!  :)

Leaving church...quite the contrast from the previous day!

Thankfully the snow and rain was short lived (but still rather cold and windy!) and we were able to walk around Old Town...of course, I had to stop and take a picture of the state flag.  :)
I was thankful that we were able to experience this change in weather.  Some folks at church informed us that this was quite typical for Fort Collins...good to know!

We ended our day with a movie and some of the best popcorn ever (probably because I haven't had theatre popcorn in ages)!  I actually have not gone to see a movie in over a year!  But during our trip was saw THREE movies...it was crazy!  It's funny to think that we had to travel out of state in order to have time to go see a movie...for Derek and I, anyway.  :)


It was a great and relaxing Sunday which is a good thing because the next day was going to be busy:
